1450 rpm Heavy Type Septic Submersible Pumps

Heavy-duty septic pumps are used for discharging canals, pits, excavation water and flood waters up to a maximum height of 30 m, for the discharge of solid waste and fibrous particles up to 50 mm. Due to it is 1450 rpm, it is suitable for use in treatment plants and industrial facilities and heavy septic tanks.

1450 rpm Heavy Type Septic Submersible Pumps are manufactured by Turkish submersible water pump producers  for use in many different areas with TSE certificate up to 30 HP. Pumps are designed and produced in accordance with TS 12599 standard. In the electric motor windings, F insulation class cables are used in accordance with TS 60085:2011. User and motor safety are prioritized by using a 4-pole asynchronous motor with IP 68 protection class in accordance with TS 3033 EN 60529.

Septic Water Pumps are pumps manufactured by Turkish septic pump producers used to transfer sewage liquids and solids from one place to another. A septic pump is also called a drainage submersible pump, as it is often submerged in water. Septic submersible pump can be automatic, manual or dual mode.

The operating principle of the septic submersible pump produced by Turkish septic pump manufacturer is when the water in the area where it works reaches a certain level, the water level floater sends a signal to the panel and the septic pump operates. When it is below the level, the septic pump shuts down. Specially designed centrifugal pumps that allow solid particles to pass through without clogging the pump. When the pump is turned on, the motor starts turning the impeller and creates the pressure that pushes the water into the impeller and enters the discharge pipe.

Every possible information about 1450 rpm Heavy Type Septic Submersible Pumps produced by Turkish septic pump manufacturer in the well should try to be used for monitoring and control purposes. User personnel should be informed about how to use devices such as the manometer at the well outlet that can be used to obtain information about the pump, electric motor and the status of the system, the electric control panel of especially high power submersible motors, the voltmeter and ammeter, which are used to monitor the current and voltage of each phase on it.
